About this certification
The ISTQB® Agile Test Leadership at Scale (CT-ATLaS) certification focuses on how to organize and improve quality and testing across multiple teams in an agile organization. It covers how to approach quality and testing at a strategic level to achieve higher business agility. CT-ATLaS teaches you to scale testing and quality assurance efforts by fostering a quality mindset and culture across the organization, shifting from traditional test management to a quality assistance approach built on Lean and Agile principles.
This certification also covers how to adopt common Lean and Agile techniques for analyzing and solving problems, and how to use them to improve testing and quality. You will learn to co-create and implement an organizational test strategy, continuously improve test processes at an organizational level, and coordinate test efforts across agile and non-agile teams. Earning CT-ATLaS demonstrates your ability to lead quality initiatives that drive business agility and value-driven development.
