The service & educational-use disclaimer

Examers provides practice questions and study material for professional certification exams. Our material is an independent study aid. It is notthe official exam, is not provided or endorsed by the certification bodies, and does not guarantee any exam result. We do not publish “exam dumps” or copied real exam questions, and you must not use Examers to seek them.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-copy our content.
• Do not disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not misrepresent our material as official exam content or as coming from a certification vendor.

Accounts & user responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use the service lawfully and respect other users.

Independence, trademarks & intellectual property

Examers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered withany certification body or exam provider. Organization names, certification names, exam codes and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used nominatively, for identification only. Examers’ own content is owned by Examers or its licensors.

No warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” While we run structured quality-assurance checks, we do not warrant that content is error-free or current, and we are not liable for exam outcomes or decisions made in reliance on the material, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email contact@examers.io with: the work claimed to be infringed, the specific URL(s), your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised and that your notice is accurate, and your signature. We review valid notices and remove or disable infringing material as appropriate. False claims may carry legal consequences.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

The subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The one-time certification lease is not refundable— the whole book opens as soon as the payment clears, which is why a book can be read free for four hours before you pay for it.
