How does the F5N4 exam relate to the other NGINX exams?
F5N4 is one of four NGINX exams required for the F5 Certified Administrator, NGINX certification. The exams may be taken in any order, and all four must be passed to earn the credential.
Do I need to pass a lower-level certification before taking F5N4?
No. There are no mandatory prerequisites for this exam. You can take F5N4 without holding any prior F5 certification.
What are the retake policies after failing the F5N4 exam?
After the first failure, you must wait 15 days. The second failure requires a 30-day wait, the third a 45-day wait, the fourth a one-year wait, and the fifth or more a 90-day wait. Your retake count resets only when you pass the exam.
Can I reschedule or cancel my F5N4 exam appointment?
Yes, but you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a fee. You must make changes yourself; F5 Support, Pearson VUE, and Certiverse cannot process them for you.
What identification do I need for the online proctored exam?
You must have a valid, signed government-issued ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your F5 Certified account. If it does not match, you must contact F5 Certified support before your exam.
